Images appearing to be darker on site

I have an issue which we are not sure how to solve. The images are appearing darker on the website but the images are in RGB format.
Can anyone help? The hosting company cannot upgrade the old to the latest script because it is shared hosting space. Is there anything else we can do?

Your link is not working for me.

What version are you using and what command?

I get a not found message.

What version of IM are you using? And what platform?

It may be an issue of RGB vs sRGB when IM was being changed.

See

However, more information is really needed, especially your command line and example images.

Sorry that the link was not working.

And yes it could be the sRBG issue, however it was working well for PNG files.
The hosting company updated to the latest IM already.

heres the link again.

For the actual site, it is www.brandedbabies.com.sg
If you were to look at the product images, there are much darker. Even though its the latest IM, it does not solve the issue.
Thanks!

Can you provide:

1. An image file that is how it should be.
2. The result of that file that is too dark.
3. The command that made file (2) from file (1).

(1) and (2) need to be the actual files, not screenshots.

Also please tell us what version of IM you are using, and the platform.

Also what browser you used to view the page.
I couldn't get either of your links. No such file at
red-elephant and branded babies requires a pass word.

Hi all, Im sorry for the super late reply. Reason being, i was getting my hosting company to upgrade to the latest version of IM and they did. However, the problem still persist.

For the link of the image, please kindly cut and paste the whole url below. It kinda got broken off before.
Link below is how the images are different:

Link below is the actual image:

Below is the name of the product in the brandedbabies.com.sg website
Fireman Jacket

For the website URL, sorry for the mistake. My programmer added a password security as it is not supposed to be live yet.
Below are the details:

URL: brandedbabies.com.sg
user: brandedbabies
password: h3ll0WorLd

Thank you all for your time and help!

What command processed the image? What version of ImageMagick?

Version of IM is 6.8.6-9.

What do you mean by command process?

You have shown us a light image and a darker version of that image.

Some command must have made the change. What was that command?

The lighter image is the original image. The darker image is the one on the the server.
They are placed side by side to show that difference in the colour.

No Command was changed. Was asking if there should be any tweaking done to the IM script to solve the issue.
Thank you!

Perhaps the IM script can be tweaked to solve the issue.

But unless you show us the current script, how can we advise?
