I tried to design the magazine.
I created transparent image and then created the magazine title. Other place in the design are transparent.

So when i composite an image, the text comes over the photo. (The second photo)
But how do i make the something to look like in the first photo?

I am not sure what images you are starting with.

Best guess, you will have to mask out the woman. Then make a background image with the text added. The composite the masked girl back onto the new background. Then composite some more text onto that result.

The first image has at least four layers.

1. White background.
2. Word "Latina".
3. Girl in yellow dress.
4. Words "Fun Fashion Under $100".

The other text might be on any layer.

Layers 1 and 3 might be made by masking a photograph, to separate the girl from the background.
