Segmentation fault in NewLinkedList (ImageMagick-6.8.6.3)

The /gsf-thumbnailer-T3CA7W file is not attached to the bug report. The problem may be specific to this image. We tried to reproduce the problem with a number of test images and they all completed without complaint. The source of the crash is an infinite loop in the exception handler, however, unless and until we reproduce the problem-- we are unable to resolve this issue.
