16 bit x86 Static Binary Release

Is a 16 bit static binary IM available? I thought it might have been discontinued.

We're looking toward an automatic build script so we can support more versions of the ImageMagick Windows binaries. In the mean-time we release a few limited configurations which takes several hours to build manually. If a release you're looking for is not available, you can build it yourself with Visual Studio 10 or use ImageMagick under Cygwin which includes a free compiler.
