Image blind de-blurring can't solve!

Hi everybody, I'm trying to put an image de-bluring algorithms to code but I could not! can anyone help me please?
I have tried a lot and typed lots of codes but the result is not good enough and I'm sure there is some tricky parts that I can't solve them!

The main file to run is "final_design_deblur_process" but the algorithm is implemented in "deblur_recover_process4" file. I would appreciated if anyone can help me.
