Cross compiling for armle autoconf error

I'm attempting to cross compile for armle from an Ubuntu host (12.04.4 LTS). The './configure' command completes and prints out my configuration, but when I try the 'make' command, I get the following output:
I'm not sure why I'm getting this error, as I haven't modified the 'configure.ac' file (and the last modified timestamp reflects this).
My full './configure' command is this:
I don't see anywhere to attach a text file, so I'm just going to put the output from './configure' here (just the final configuration output):
