Unable to get correct image when converting SVG to PNG

IMagick is a native PHP extension to create and modify images using the ImageMagick API. ImageMagick Studio LLC did not write nor does it maintain the IMagick extension, however, IMagick users are welcome to discuss the extension here.

Unable to get correct image when converting SVG to PNG

I've got SVG HTML code generated by svg.js library. Using PHP's Imagick I want to convert SVG HTML to PNG.

This is what I get. Picture on the left (taken from browser) is a desired state. Magick's not happening :)

I've been told that I should use RSVG something, but have no idea how to install it. I'm running Windows XP, Xampp local server, Imagemagick 6.8.6. Q8
