ImageMagick sample images

Hello,

What licence covers the test images in the ImageMagick repository?

For example:
http://trac.imagemagick.org/browser/Ima ... order=name

I'd like to extend some of the test cases for Pillow (the Python Imaging Library fork) and am having problems finding sample images of some the more obscure formats, such as FlashPix. It'd be great to include some of the IM samples in the Pillow test suite.

Pillow itself is licensed under the MIT-like PIL Software License:
http://pillow.readthedocs.org/en/latest ... ml#license

Thanks!

They are covered by the ImageMagick license. The rose image is an original work by the author of ImageMagick converted to the various image formats (e.g. jpeg, png, fpx, etc.) with the ImageMagick convert program. We might be able to exempt the images from licensing for your project, just contact us here: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/contact.php and choose License as the issue.
