Annotate have problem with fonts

Version: ImageMagick 6.9.0-9 Q16 x86_64

convert -size 172x300 xc:lightblue -font Courier-BoldOblique -pointsize 250 -fill blue -gravity center -undercolor red -annotate 0 'A' annotate.gif

and the result will be:



The `A` looks not central at all.
