Hello:

Im looking for an expert to help me build an script to convert a jpg image (selfie for example) into a cartoon like image. I´m open to the possibilities, for example: paint-oil style, or pencil style... and so on.

If on unix system or Windows with Cygwin, see my scripts, cartoon and sketch, at the link below. Perhaps those will do.
