Could you manually get main site in sync to devel site during release

It will allow to get quickly in sync

Not sure what you're asking. We first release to the development site and verify the release went smoothly. We then sync it to the production site @ www.imagemagick.org typically just a few minutes after the release is posted to the development site and verifies.
