Installer Version ImageMagick-7.0.0-0-Q16-HDRI-x86-dll.exe running on Windows 10 informs the user during installation that:
While it is not a requirement, we strongly recommend that you install the Ghostscript package
but the link for Ghostscript is to

in part :
I actually followed the latter link to install Ghostscript and it seems to be working but this may cause confusion to some users.

We have made a lot of changes to that document and also modified the link. This should be fixed in the next release of ImageMagick.
