Install issue from source with png missing and then another build warning

Firstly, massive thanks to anyone who responds and helps. Thank you
I am running on Centos on AWS EC2. Yum only has this version of ImageMagick available: 6.7.8-9 2016-06-22 Q16
I had numerous issues with this version and so I have tried to update to the latest: ImageMagick 7.0.2-2 Q16 x86_64 2016-07-03
I first tried to install via the instructions here: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/install-source.php
... but the png dependency was missing.
So I then tried the following:
During the make, I noticed the following warnings listed below. They are png related. I tested several PNG's after and they all seemed to work. Is this an issue i should be concerned about?
