installation failure

installation failure

In centos , Version. ImageMagick-7.0.2-9 , php imagick-3.1.0RC1 , ImageMagick-7.0.2-9,
while install, imagick shows "checking for MagickWand.h header file... configure: error: Cannot locate header file MagickWand.h"

What's that mean? how to solve it?
