The converted files are completely covered in black

Good day.
When converting from PDF to JPG,
The resulting JPG completely covered in black.
When converting from PDF to PNG turns normal.
When you try to convert the resulting PNG to JPG also covered with black.

I used ImageMagick 6.9.5 and ImageMagick 7.0.2., Ghostscript v9.19.
Command "magick test.pdf test.jpg"

Help me please with this problem.

Your PDF has alpha channel data. In fact, all the data is in the alpha channel and the base image is black. JPG does not support transparency and so you see completely black.
