convert pdf to image

Hi! I`m trying convert pdf file to image.
I use command:
or
but i see error and nothing do more
ImageMagick version ImageMagick-6.9.2-3-Q8-x64-dll
and update to ImageMagick-7.0.3-2-Q16-x64-dll
