Change background from transparency to white for PSD files using Convert Command

I am looking for a command that can change the background to White from Transparency for PSD files .

Let me know if we have a command for the same .

Please identify your IM version and platform (all the time when asking questions). Can you post a PSD file that has this issue. You can upload to some place such as dropbox.com and put the URL here.
