Hello Support,

Using http://transloadit.imagemagick.org/MagickStudio/...:
1. Browse a select an image file.
2. Click the "View" button, then...the following error message appears.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I can reproduce it also. Perhaps the server needs to be rebooted?

We'll need exact steps. We tried several images and the site worked without complaint.

1. http://transloadit.imagemagick.org/Magi ... Studio.cgi
2. INPUT - select image file - the filename appears next to the "Browse" button
3. Press to VIEW your image...
4. Result:

Worked Ok for me first time with a jpg and failed at second go with a different jpg.

Tried both images again and first one was OK and second failed - a bit strange.

Post a URL to an image that fails so we can download and reproduce the problem. We've tried 10 different images now and they all work.

Thanks for the demo image. The problem was found and fixed.

Seems to work OK for me now.
