Removing border around text

Please start by reading this notice at the top of the User's forum. You need to provide your version of IM, the operating system or platform you're working on, some examples of actual commands you've tried, and a sample image would also be helpful.

IM v 7.0.6-5 Q16 x64 2017-08-03

I am newbie in image converting and don't know is it possible at all.
