The image has a large width and height and you can prevent that with a custom policy. Your command will take a while but at some point it will complete.

Add this to your policy.xml file:

  <policy domain="resource" name="width" value="8KP"/>
  <policy domain="resource" name="height" value="8KP"/>
Does that resolve your problem?
