Hi!
I am using Image Magick for a website. However, I am running into an issue. For GIFS, after a certain file size (around 500 KB) , I run into an application error. I tested jpg images with the same file size and it worked. I understand that the application error appears because of Heroku's 30 seconds time out. However, why does it take so much time to upload a 500kb GIF? Is there a way to fix this?

Please, always provide your IM version and platform when asking questions, since syntax may differ. Also provide your exact command line and if possible your images.

Imagemagick does not do any uploading. So that is some other issue.
