Download links to Windows binary releases broken?

I can't find a working download link to any of the Windows binaries on this page:

Are the links broken?

I confirm: the links on that page that should download IM for Windows are broken.

I expect an automated build failed, and it will be fixed in a few hours.

Could be a browser cache problem. Do the links refer to ImageMagick version 7.0.8-7 or 6.9.10-7? If so, the download links should work. Otherwise, refresh your browser.

Today was the first time I ever visited the website, so I doubt that it was a browser cache issue.

The download link is working again now : )

The links are to the Windows v7.0.8-7 varieties. They were broken when I tried them, but they work now. Perhaps it was a transient server problem, or an internet gremlin.
