I used convert to convert an EPS image to a PDF one. I would like to use overprint as black just as Adobe Photoshop.
But I cannot find the option in the command help. Could anyone give a help hand? Thanks a lot.

Imagemagick is not the right tool for vector to vector conversion. It will rasterize your EPS and then put that raster image into a PDF shell. You will not keep any vector data.
I am not an expert on Photoshop or overprinting. But I do not know of any Imagemagick options for that. Perhaps one of the the other users could comment further about that.
