Hey folks, I'm new to IM and it has been valuable converting DICOMs so far.

Came across this error this morning:

identify: insufficient image data in file `26359982850dbf.dcm' @ error/dcm.c/ReadDCMImage/3308.

command: Image sent to you by PM

Using ImageMagick 7.0.8-14 Q16 x86 2018-10-24 on Windows 8.1 x64

Thanks for the problem report. We can reproduce it and will have a patch to fix it in GIT master branch @ https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick later today. The patch will be available in the beta releases of ImageMagick @ https://www.imagemagick.org/download/beta/ by sometime tomorrow.

Thanks again. Tried downloading the beta, but appears to be an empty 7z archive.
