imagemagick-dbg for Ubuntu 18.04

It appears with the new release of Ubunutu 18.04 there is no longer apt repo for imagemagick-dbg which is the only item we use. So I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I just install the base: apt-get imagemagick and still get what I need form imagemagick-dbg?
2. Is there a way I can add the -dbg package to my repository?
3. Another way to install -dbg on 18.04?
I have looked around and there does not seem to be a lot of discussion about dbg, so I am having trouble having finding any information. Thanks for any information that can be passed along.
