Hello Support,

The error message below is displayed when trying to access ImageMagick Studio Web Interface at the following links:
https://warrior.imagemagick.org/MagickS ... Studio.cgi
https://r.imagemagick.org/MagickStudio/ ... Studio.cgi

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Software error:

&Image::Magick::Q16HDRI::constant not defined. The required ImageMagick libraries are not installed or not installed properly.
END failed--call queue aborted at /var/www/html/ImageMagick/MagickStudio/scripts/MagickStudio.cgi line 95.

Works fine from the one official location at https://imagemagick.org/MagickStudio

Thank you for your timely reply.

Please know, at the time of my original post, the URL you referenced https://imagemagick.org/MagickStudio, auto forwarded to URL https://warrior.imagemagick.org/MagickS ... Studio.cgi, which I referenced in my original post, and which produced the SOFTWARE ERROR message, causing the entire MagickStudio Web Interface to be down.

However, at the time of this post right now, everything seems to work fine, because the URL you referenced in your post https://imagemagick.org/MagickStudio does not forward to any other URL.

Whatever you did, thanks for your assistance.

My understanding is that the URL you referenced was a temporary one while issues were being fixed at the original URL.
