animate in Window x11

In Win10 I get the following from

magick animate *.SVG

Code: Select all

animate: delegate library support not built-in '' (X11) @ error/animate.c/AnimateImageCommand/1431
Can anything be done?

Microsoft Windows doesn't include X-windows. Perhaps X-windows can be installed on top of Microsoft Windows.
