This command worked for us with ImageMagick 6.2.6-8, the current release:
  • convert -fill 'rgba(255,255,0,96)' -draw 'roundRectangle 21,21 47,47 6,6 ' -draw "image overlay 22,22 24,24 '/tmp/icon-4UGgmi'" /tmp/icon-TmzCEZ /tmp/icon-dVKd8A
