Compiling for Mac OS9/Carbon

We have not compiled ImageMagick under Mac Classic for quite some time so the ImageMagick developers are not going to be able to help you. We do have a modern version of CodeWarrior but we currently don't have the time to support Mac Classic. If you figure out how to get it compiled, post any patches here so others can benefit from your efforts.
