We have a patch in ImageMagick 6.2.8-1 Beta (available in 24 hours) to fix the problem you posted. In the mean-time refer to the first layer of your image like this:

• convert 'Ronaldinho1.psd[1]' Ronaldinho1.png

The ImageMagick Beta distribution are available here: ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/beta.

No problems that we are aware of.
