Compiling with MinGW

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

Until we get a patch into the ImageMagick source distribution simply remove or comment out the NTFileTruncate method and compile.

We'll add a patch to ImageMagick 6.2.8-5 Beta to fix the compile problem under Mingw. Thanks for the problem report.
