remove blank page inside a multitiff

You can remove pages from a multipage TIFF if you know the relative page position. For example, assume a 5 page multipage TIFF image and the black page at position 2:
  • convert 'image.tif[0-1,3-4]' subset.tif

From the API you could use GetNumberColors() and if the number of colors is 1 you can assume a blank page.
