unable to open module ImageMagick-6.3.3/modules-Q16/coders/j

I have installed IM and GS, but while I convert an EPS to jpeg I am getting following error

unable to open module file `/Users/macx4pcslab3/tools/lib/ImageMagick-6.3.3/modules-Q16/coders/jpeg.la

convert works fine for EPS to gif.
