About 3 weeks ago, I posted a message asking if anyone had experience with Network Redux, one of IM's sponsors and whose ad shows on this forum, etc. My post was one of the lost ones.
I had become dissatisfied with my current shared-host server and was looking for a new host. I assumed any responses posted here would be positive and was prepared for it.
Though I didn't receive much of a response, I decided to go with Network Redux, figuring they couldn't be too bad or IM wouldn't be posting their ad, and at least they would keep their version of IM up-to-date.
Bottom line: I couldn't be more pleased. NetworkRedux is by far the best host service I've had among 4 previous ones. I was with my previous host for 3 years. NetworkRedux took care of the site migration, which went flawlessly. We had 3 relatively minor issues, which they very promptly fixed.
One issue was ironic, it was exactly the same bug as existed with my previous host. IM couldn't find the fonts. This bug is what prompted me to find a new host, after begging them to fix it for 3 weeks. Network Redux fixed it within a couple of hours.
Network Redux features, via cPanel etc., are super and the amount of memory and bandwidth are excellent for the money.
