Combining PDF's

Right now on our server, we have several pdf files that are split into separate pages. What I was asked to do is, to create an overall pdf containing these pages.
As of yet, I haven't been able to figure out how to combine multiple pdf files into one pdf. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this?
