Getting a red X in image?

Getting a red X in image?

Hi everyone, I have been using IM for a while now, and recently when I try to put glitter into my image I get a red X, instead of the image? I tried a few IM sites and they all do the same thing. Does anyone know what happened? Are there any other IM site's I can use? Thanx
