installation settings for imagemagick on windows

I am using only imagemagick's convert (command line) on windows-XP and I donot want it to take the whole 16 MB imagemagick software installation space.
So I was trying to install imagemagick on other computer by copying the folders.
For that, I am coping ImageMagick from (installed folder c:\programfiles\imagemagick.6.2.4) from one Computer and copying to another Computer.
Now. what settings I need to do on my new computer to make convert (command-line) work with full features.
I do not want to full install it through imagemagick installer.
Please suggest.
